As a Station Manager you will be running the place with a small team on your own. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, for quality and guest satisfaction.

You will mainly be in charge of:

• Leading a team of instructors, beachboys and reception
• Coordinate courses and individual lessons including freelance instructors
• You are responsible for quality and local sales
• Arrange local marketing activities
• Maintain an excellent relationship with the hotel, station owners and other stakeholders
• Assure all standards of VDWS and local CDWS are met

What are we looking for:

• You are licensed as a VDWS instructor for Windsurf, Kite or Foil
• Ideally you have worked in a similar position before
• You are open minded, hands-on, and self sufficient
• You have an outgoing mentality, and you are fluent in German and English. Any additional language is a benefit
